Three ways to begin

Each is scoped and priced on its own; none commits you to the others.

A brief introduction

The three services below suit different starting points. If your documents already exist but are hard to search, the knowledge base setup usually fits. If paperwork arrives steadily and needs sorting, classification setup is the closer match. And if you're not sure your documents are ready for either, the assessment is a reasonable first step. If you're unsure, we're glad to talk it through together — there's no pressure to pick correctly on the first try.

How to choose

If a handful of people hold most of your operational knowledge and it's hard for others to access, the knowledge base setup addresses that directly. If your back office spends time manually sorting incoming paperwork, classification setup targets that instead. If neither description is quite right, or you're uncertain whether your records are usable at all, the readiness assessment is built to answer that question first.

What every offer includes

Every service includes a written scope agreed before work begins, direct communication throughout, and a clear account of what was found or built at the end.

Value & investment

Prices reflect a fixed scope rather than an hourly rate, so the total cost is known from the outset. If a project turns out to need more than expected, that's discussed and agreed before any extra work begins.

Questions before deciding

Do I need the readiness assessment before the other services?

Not necessarily — if your documents are already reasonably organised, you can go straight to either build. The assessment is there for when that's uncertain.

Can classification connect to more than one system?

The standard scope covers one system connection. Additional connections can be discussed separately.

What happens to documents the system can't classify confidently?

They're set aside for a person to review rather than filed automatically, and summarised monthly so nothing is lost track of.

Is there ongoing support after a project finishes?

We train the person who will maintain the system as part of the build, so ongoing day-to-day support isn't required by default.
